Full Service Mold Design & Engineering – Our experienced team of designers and engineers can assist you with projects of any size. We have the expertise and latest engineering technology to construct quality molds for various industrial products, including aftermarket parts and components. If you have CAD files or part drawings you need reviewed, forward them to us. We’ll provide you with feedback on areas of improvement or potential quality issues.
We can receive data files in multiple formats including : Unigraphics, Cadkey (currently running Cadkey98 – including Fastsurf), IGES, STEP, Parasolid (compatible with UG noted above), DXF, DWG, CTIA V4 (.exp), (.model) formats, CATIA V5. We can create a complete 3D model of your intended part or we can convert your 2-D drawings to a 3-D solid CAD model.
From design to completion, our design engineers will assist you each step of the way.
